Questions
Diwali Maha Lakshmi Puja: common questions
Can I also light diyas at home at the same time?
Yes, please do. We share the puja time a day before so your family can light diyas together.
How do I know the puja was really done in my name?
The pandit reads out every name and gotra during the sankalp, and we record it. You get the video on WhatsApp within 48 hours of the puja.
Can NRI families living in USA, UK, Canada, UAE or Australia book online pujas?
Yes, absolutely! Thousands of NRI families living abroad in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, Singapore, and Europe book pujas for their parents, children's birthdays, or family well-being in India. You send your family names and gotra via WhatsApp, and receive your personalized video proof.
How do time zones work for international families?
Our pandits perform the puja in India according to the auspicious IST muhurat. International families do not need to stay awake—the pandit recites your family sankalp, records the ceremony video, and sends it directly to your WhatsApp to watch at your convenience.
What if I do not know my gotra?
That is common. Leave it empty and the pandit will use Kashyap gotra, which is the traditional Vedic practice when the gotra is not known.
How do I pay from outside India?
We accept international card payments, global UPI transfers, and online links. After you submit your names on WhatsApp, we reply with a secure payment link.
Can holy prasad be shipped to an address in India for NRI bookings?
Yes! If you live abroad, we can ship the blessed dry prasad to your parents, relatives, or any address within India free of extra cost.
What if I do not get my video?
If we cannot send your sankalp video, we refund your full amount. No questions asked.
Will this puja solve my problem?
We do not promise supernatural results. A puja is an act of faith and devotion. What we promise is that it is done properly, in your name, by a real pandit, and that you see it on video.
