Cancellations made before 48 hours of the scheduled puja date receive a 100% full refund or free rescheduling. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable as fresh sacred samagri is procured and the pandit's auspicious muhurat is locked. If we fail to deliver your sankalp video proof, you receive an immediate 100% full refund.

How early should I book an online puja?
For a festival or special date, book as early as possible because bookings close before the puja so the pandit has time to prepare every family's names and gotra. Weekly pujas can usually be booked until the stated closing time.
