1. Nature of Spiritual Services & Platform Role

VisitTemples.in acts as a reverent, specialized digital intermediary connecting devotees worldwide (both in India and Non-Resident Indians abroad) with qualified, verified Vedic Pandits, Purohits, and traditional Tirtha Kshetras (including Kashi/Varanasi, Ujjain Mahakal, Deoghar Baba Baidyanath Jyotirlinga, Kolkata Kalighat, Vrindavan, Haridwar, and Ayodhya).

When you book a puja, you explicitly authorize VisitTemples.in to coordinate with an experienced local pandit who acts as your designated Purohit. The pandit performs the ritual on your behalf and invokes the sacred Vedic Sankalp citing your name, gotra, and place of residence before the deity.

2. Accuracy of Devotee Sankalp Information

To ensure the religious validity of the Vedic Sankalp, you agree to provide complete and accurate details:

• Full names of the primary devotee and any participating family members.
• Valid Gotra (if ancestral gotra is not known, pandits invoke "Kashyap" gotra as sanctioned by shastras).
• Optional astrological data (Nakshatra, Rashi, or Janma Tithi) if applicable to the chosen puja package.
• An active WhatsApp mobile number with country code for delivery of puja updates and video proof.

VisitTemples.in cannot be held liable for mispronunciation or recording errors resulting from incorrect spelling or erroneous information submitted during checkout.

3. Ritual Execution, Auspicious Muhurats & Temple Protocols

All pujas are conducted according to traditional Vedic vidhi, utilizing authentic samagri (such as bilva patra, gangajal, pure ghee, dhoop, chandan, and sacred flowers). Pujas are scheduled during shastric muhurats on the chosen festival date or tithi.

In rare instances of force majeure—such as sudden temple closures by administrative authorities, state VIP movement, celestial eclipses (Surya/Chandra Grahan), or natural impediments—the puja will be respectfully performed at the earliest subsequent auspicious muhurat, with prompt communication sent to the devotee via WhatsApp.

5. Pricing, Payments & Prasad Delivery

All prices shown on VisitTemples.in are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) with international card and currency conversion support for devotees overseas. Packages include all sacred samagri costs, pandit dakshina, and platform coordination charges.

Where physical prasad delivery is chosen as part of a package:

• Prasad items (such as dry fruits, vibhuti, sacred threads/rakshasutra, or temple chandan) are packed hygienically and dispatched via reputed courier/postal partners within 48–72 hours of puja completion.
• Tracking numbers are updated on WhatsApp. Delivery times vary by location (typically 4–8 business days).
• Fresh perishable offerings (sweets, fruits) are distributed to cows (gau-seva) or devotees at the tirtha as per shastric custom and are not shipped through postal transit.

6. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method (UPI, bank account, or card) within 3 to 5 business days.

7. Theological & Spiritual Disclaimer

In accordance with ethical spiritual tenets and Indian consumer protection regulations:

"VisitTemples.in facilitates sacred Vedic worship conducted by knowledgeable purohits in traditional sanctums. While we guarantee authentic Vedic procedure and personal sankalp on video, spiritual outcomes, divine fruit, and blessings are matters of personal faith, individual karma, and the will of the Divine. We explicitly make no promises of miraculous financial gains, guaranteed medical cures, or supernatural events."

8. Intellectual Property & Video Rights

The articles, pilgrimage guides, photos, graphics, and temple architectural data published on VisitTemples.in are protected by intellectual property laws.

The personal sankalp video delivered to you is your personal spiritual record. You are free to download, save, and share it with family and loved ones. VisitTemples.in respects your privacy and will never broadcast your personalized sankalp video publicly on promotional channels without your prior written consent.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes, differences, or claims arising out of or in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
