- Email address (for receipts and updates)
- Physical shipping address (only for prasad delivery)
- City and country of residence
2. How We Use Your Information (Solely Spiritual Purpose)
Your details are used exclusively for fulfilling the spiritual service you requested:
- Vedic Sankalp Recitation: Sharing your name, gotra, and location strictly with the conducting verified pandit so they can perform the sacred sankalp before the holy altar.
- Sankalp Video Delivery: Transmitting the recorded video clip of your sankalp and puja ritual directly to your registered WhatsApp number and/or email within 24–48 hours.
- Prasad Dispatch: Providing your physical address to courier and postal partners (such as India Post, Blue Dart, or DTDC) solely to ensure delivery of sanctified offerings.
- Support & Updates: Answering questions via our WhatsApp coordinator desk regarding booking status, auspicious muhurats, and festival schedules.
3. Sacred Video Privacy & Anti-Spam Guarantee
We uphold the highest standard of sanctity regarding your video proof:
- Private Transmission: Your personal sankalp video is a private religious asset. We transmit it directly to your designated WhatsApp account using encrypted communication.
- No Public Broadcasting: We do NOT upload or broadcast your sankalp video on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, or television ads without your explicit, prior written consent.
- Zero Telemarketing: We do NOT sell, lease, or distribute your phone number to banks, credit card providers, insurance firms, or spam telemarketers.

Many of our devotees reside outside India. By booking a puja, you consent to the transfer and storage of your ritual data in India in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

No, never without your explicit permission. Your family sankalp video contains sacred personal details, including your family members' names, gotra, and location. It is sent privately to your WhatsApp number and remains your personal spiritual record. We never use personal devotee sankalp videos for public marketing without prior written consent.
Do you sell or share my phone number with telemarketers?
Never. VisitTemples.in maintains a strict zero-spam policy. Your WhatsApp number and email are used exclusively to deliver your puja updates, sankalp video proof, and prasad tracking. We do not sell, rent, or trade your contact information to any third-party marketers.
