About Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Cave Shrine
Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine is located at an altitude of 5,200 feet in the Trikuta Hills of Jammu & Kashmir. Millions undertake the 12 km pilgrimage trek from Katra to Bhavan.
Inside the holy natural cave, the Mother Goddess manifests as three natural rock Pindies representing Maha Kali, Maha Lakshmi, and Maha Saraswati. Battery cars, ponies, ropeway, and helicopters assist pilgrims.
